Digital Shapers 2021: Carla Bünger, CEO of KORE Technologies, selected among most influential “Decentralizers”
For the sixth time, BILANZ, together with Handelszeitung, PME and Digitalswitzerland, has selected the 100 most influential innovators in Switzerland who are at the forefront of digitization.
Recent times have been extremely challenging for the world, but some ‘extraordinary’ individuals stood out, showing exemplary commitment to innovation and the digital future.
“Digital Shapers” is an initiative by the Swiss business magazine BILAZ, in cooperation with Handelszeitung, PME and Digitalswitzerland, which aims to highlight and acknowledge the potential of top 100 contributors to digitalisation in Switzerland.
This annual list of Digital Shapers, who are stepping up the pace of digitization in Switzerland, is selected by a top-class, independent jury. The list comprises researchers, data enthusiasts, venture capitalists and digital visionaries who have made a substantial contribution in advancing Switzerland on its journey to become a leading global digital innovation hub. In Digital Shapers 2021, these recognized individuals are nominated under ten categories including “The Coders”, “The Robot Masters”, “The Creatives”, “The Decentralizers” and others.

In 2021, Carla Bünger has been voted one of the 100 most influential “digital shapers” driving digitization in Switzerland. She is co-founder and CEO of Kore Technologies that offers innovative blockchain-based solutions for the storage, transaction and tokenization of digital assets, mainly targeting the luxury goods industry.
